1. Payment Method

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Since no online payment is collected in advance, refunds are applicable only in the form of return resolutions as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and includes all original tags and accessories.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference once the product is delivered in good condition.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our support team via the provided communication channels.

  • Share your order details and clear photos of the issue .

  • Wait for our team to review and approve the return request.

Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

4. Return Pickup and Inspection

If your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address. The product will be inspected upon return. If it meets the eligibility criteria, the resolution will proceed.

5. Refunds

For valid returns:

  • Refunds will be processed via cash depending on the agreement at the time of return approval.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the return is received and approved.

  • In the case of exchanges, the replacement item will be sent after the returned item has been received and inspected.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

  • Items without original packaging or tags.

  • Custom or special-order products unless they are damaged or defective.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the order can only be returned under the conditions listed above.
